If your item has sold out or there is any other problem with your order, you will be informed within 48 hours. FMC recommends that customers inspect orders for accuracy and manufacturer’s defects within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging while processing a return or exchange.

New and unused items which were purchased at FULL PRICE and have not been opened may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 21 days of the date shipped. Returned items must have original tags and packaging and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us. FMC is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a shipping service with tracking number capability. Include a copy of your packing list or receipt with any return so that it may be quickly processed. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged and/or Defective Items

Oh no! Please forgive us. While we do the best to make sure our goods are of great quality, defective items may slip through the cracks. If you received an item that is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt or your return/exchange will not be accepted. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if we can replace your item with the exact one we originally sent out, then we will not charge you for freight the 2nd time. If you would rather not receive an even exchange for your damaged/defective merchandise, then you may return the defective item to us within 10 days for a full refund.
